I was asked to lead the design of a new tool that would provide support and guidance to clinicians and SME’s throughout the innovation process.
The project was working with eBay’s UK centre of excellence in Richmond. I worked alongside eBay’s product owner and product manager to lead product scoping, customer research and experience design.
I worked with the founding team to rethink their application experience. This work reinvigorated the business by shedding new light on the needs of their customers and moved the products ux forward.
I worked with Sargent-Disc to shape their business opportunity into a powerful, mobile-first application that enables them to grow their product portfolio, differentiate their offer from the competition and deliver greater value to their customers.

The founder had significant domain expertise from a career in recruitment. They had carried out field research with potential customers and outlined business case.
I led a cross-disciplinary team at Splendid to carry out research with many of Barclaycard’s business teams.
We came armed with the new strategy report, that Barclaycard had commissioned with another agency, and our work was to uncover what this meant in practice and propose a roadmap that would structure their way forward over the next five years.
